Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel empowered in your Hella Heels, so if your new boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with protective film intact on the soles to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your heels are in brand-new condition, including the original packaging and all protective plastic stickers on the platforms and soles.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your RMA number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
